Through the website we collect the information you give us in forms (name, mobile or WhatsApp number, email, treatment of interest, preferred contact time and your message), along with technical information about how you reached the site (for example, the ad campaign or referring page). We do not request sensitive data or medical records through this channel.
Purposes
We use your data to respond to your request and schedule your consultation; contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email about that request; send appointment reminders; and measure, in aggregate, which channels bring us patients so we can improve our communication. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for their own purposes.
Processors
To run the site we use providers that process data on our behalf, such as web hosting, notification email delivery and, if you accept cookies, Google measurement tools. These providers may be located outside Colombia and must protect your data.
Your rights
As the data subject you may access, update and correct your data; request proof of your authorization; be informed about how it is used; revoke your authorization or request deletion when there is no legal duty to keep it; file complaints with Colombia's Superintendence of Industry and Commerce; and access your data free of charge.
How to exercise your rights
Email us at [email protected] with your name, your request and a way to contact you. We respond to inquiries within ten (10) business days and to claims within fifteen (15) business days, as required by law.
